Post Adoption Services Counselors by County
Every Community-Based Care Lead Agency has a Post Adoption Services Counselor on staff. You will learn their name and contact information as a part of the adoption finalization process. Your Post Adoption Services Counselor will help you connect with the local adoptive parent support group and the local resources and support you may need. Do not hesitate to contact the Post Adoption Services Counselor in your area whenever you have questions and concerns – don’t forget, all families need a little help!

Kid of the Month
Each month, a child or sibling group will be identified and featured in a video on the Explore Adoption Website. A video is a great recruitment tool that allows prospective adoptive families to listen and learn a little bit of information about a child or sibling group who are available for adoption from foster care and do not have an identified family. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact the Adoption Information Center at 1-800-96ADOPT.
