Tomoni is described as a quiet child. However, he warms up and becomes talkative after getting to know others. He enjoys singing, drawing, and dancing. He prefers to reside in a two-parent household where he is the only child. Tomoni would benefit from a family that is trauma informed, experienced, supportive and patient. Tomoni continues to adjust to the challenges he has experienced throughout his life. Tomoni's caregivers will need to have the ability to recognize his specific needs and understand his past traumas and behaviors that he continues to address in therapy. Upon being matched, a family should be prepared to participate in a slow transition.
